What motivates you? What makes you smile and go forward? What if you do not have a muse at the moment? How can you get back to being motivated?
Keep a list of things you like doing. In times where you do not see the point in things just try to do your favorite past times. End the bad period with an amazing shopping day and forget about the negativity. Start fresh from the next day with a positive thought in mind or actually many positive thoughts.
