Do you skip breakfast? I found out that it is easy to skip breakfast when you have 3 children running around in the morning. To make things even worse you need to get ready for work and get the kids ready to get out the door. However, that does not help in the long run fighting the weight we have gained or staying on track with our weight.
Skipping breakfast leads to slower metabolism. Therefore, these are the steps you can take to improve your breakfast situation and turn the breakfast mission from impossible to possible in those crazy busy working mother mornings.
Step 1- Wake up earlier than everyonelse. 15-20 minutes would give you enough time to get your morning routine going before the rest of the family
Step 2- Prepare your breakfast from the previous day. Obviously it is not going to be a fine dining breakfast but a boiled egg would do miracles with your metabolism. You can get a veggie sandwich prepared from the night before or healthy choice of cereal with yogurt as long as you keep it refregirated throughout the night.
